InsideTheU.com was launched in August 2007 by co-owners Christopher Stock, David Lake, and Rudy Rodriguez-Chomat.

The trio has a number relationships over the years in their experience covering the University of Miami, high schools, and recruiting for various outlets. When it comes to coverage of the University of Miami and their athletic teams, Chris, David, and Rudy are Inside The U!

No one will bring you better coverage of the University of Miami and Miami-Dade County High School sports better than this trio of reporting gurus who bring you inside the huddles.

Christopher Stock - Co-Owner (stock@insidetheu.com)

Christopher Stock is in his seventh year covering the Hurricanes for a variety of media outlets including the Associated Press. He has been a guest on ESPN and Sun Sports television shows as well as numerous appearances on a variety of radio shows.

Stock has been a contributor for a number of newspapers in Florida including being the recruiting writer for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. He has also been the UM correspondent for the Tampa Tribune and Daytona Beach News-Journal and a contributor to the Palm Beach Post.

In addition to covering the Hurricanes, Stock has also covered the Florida Marlins, Miami Heat, and Miami Dolphins for a variety of media outlets. He is in the process of publishing his first book.

He is a native of Topeka, Kansas and graduated from the University of Minnesota.

David Lake has provided coverage of the University of Miami for a number of media outlets including the Miami Herald, Palm Beach Post, Naples Daily News, and CanesTime.

He was one of the key developers of InsideTheU.com after research into the future of multimedia coverage. His passion for University of Miami athletics and providing you the reader with as much information as possible makes him a valuable asset to the site.

Lake is a native of Naples, Florida and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in print journalism and English literature.

Rudy Rodriguez-Chomat - Co-Owner (rudy@insidetheu.com)

Rudy Rodriguez-Chomat has been writing for the Miami Herald as a freelancer for the high school sports section since 1999 and has covered numerous high school football games. With his experience, he has developed relationships with coaches that will allow him to provide readers with behind the scenes coverage of high school sports in South Florida.

He was the President of In The Zone Sports, Inc., a non-profit organization that hosted local high school basketball tournaments in Miami and ran a summer travel basketball team called In The Zone.

He is a native of Miami Beach, Fla. and a graduate of Florida International University earning his Bachelor of Science in Communication majoring in Print Journalism.

Nate Adelson completed an internship with the University of Miami and InsideTheU in May 2009 and was hired upon his completion.

He has already established himself as a valuable asset to the company with his recruiting coverage. He has a keen eye for the latest news with what is going on with the recruiting scene and vows to help make the site the best for recruiting coverage.

He is a native of Harvard, Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Sports Administration.
